Well… first of all, why not?
But seriously: I've used Telegram and WhatsApp long enough that I now ignore half the messages on them. I wanted something that, when it pings me, I know it's a specific message from my agent, and that I can trace straight back to the exact conversation and project behind it.
I wanted to avoid drowning in a flood of Slack channels (I'm unemployed, so no Slack right now) or a pile of Telegram messages lost among everything else I'm already subscribed to.
A dedicated app gives me that: an immediate connection and a focused flow.
And since Clayrune is already a browser-based app, the mobile adaptation was 90% of the way there.
So now we have a direct channel. The agent reaches the user instantly, with access to control almost every Clayrune feature from anywhere.
